Antique Italian Glazed Terra Cotta Splatter Bowl

Large antique Italian glazed terra cotta splatter bowl, from Puglia, 1800’s. Known as a gresalle bowl, or tian, it was classically used for food preparation. This bowl is beautifully aged, with chips in the green and yellow splatter glaze that reflect the age of the piece.
